The art of listening



Listening is a skill.  To truly understand what someone is saying requires you to truly listen to them.

Show that person eye contact to let them know you are listening to them.  Don't be looking at

your phone when someone is talking to you.  Moreover, don't interrupt someone when their talking.

That is very rude.  By practicing better listening skills, you build more significant relationships

with people.
