Some things to think about.

Have confidence in yourself. Believe in yourself and others. Be kind to one another. Encourage one another. Be around people with your core values. Don't give up. Don't worry be happy.

Good and bad energy

What is emotion? Energy in motion.  Basicly, our feelings are a result of the energy we are receiving. There is positive(good), and negative(bad) energy all around us.  It is always important to radiate positive energy.  You can do this by thinking positive and use uplifting words and speech. Being angry takes more energy than being kind and loving.  Now being positive dose not mean you can't be firm about something.  Just do it in a kind and respectful way.  So think about this before you open your mouth and have thoughts coming through your head, how is energy flow feel?
