The lost art of kindness

Kindness is such a simple thing.  However, it seems harder to practice.  You can start by finding something good about yourself everyday.  Kindness always starts with yourself before it can start with anyone else.  Work on having an attitude of gratitude.  Pay someone a complement daily.
