A prayer of restoration

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Prayer is important. This is how we communicate with god and jesus. When we pray, many powerful  things can happen. Furthermore, praying for someone shows you truly care for them.  We are  commanded to love our neighbor.  Pray continually everyday. May god bless your life.

It is time for a paradigm shift, a new way of thinking.  Any forms of old thinking that is impeding your success, you must get rid of it.  Try looking at things from a new perspective. Look at the glass as half full instead of empty.  In summary, have more of a goal oriented mindset. You should focus more on abundance and less on scarcity.

Have confidence in yourself. Believe in yourself and others. Be kind to one another. Encourage one another. Be around people with your core values. Don't give up. Don't worry be happy.

What is emotion? Energy in motion.  Basicly, our feelings are a result of the energy we are receiving. There is positive(good), and negative(bad) energy all around us.  It is always important to radiate positive energy.  You can do this by thinking positive and use uplifting words and speech. Being angry takes more energy than being kind and loving.  Now being positive dose not mean you can't be firm about something.  Just do it in a kind and respectful way.  So think about this before you open your mouth and have thoughts coming through your head, how is energy flow feel?

   Taking back your life requires: --Setting goals and sticking to them -- Having a positive attitude -- Building good relationships -- Having a plan

I realize that between thanksgiving and christmas things can get very hectic.  It can also be a joyous time for spending time with friends and family.  For some it is not so much a joyous time.  Let's not forget to give thanks to god for everything. Secondly, let's be kind to one another and more giving of ourselves, not just for christmas but all year round.  Christmas is the time for celebrating the birth of our savior Jesus Christ.  Don't be stressed out about christmas shopping and decorations. Have a happy holiday season.
